Though we provide detailed information about our services online and during the admissions process, we understand that some people prefer to speak with someone directly. For all our staff members it is mandatory that they are licensed by the Health Authority of Abu Dhabi (HAAD), DHA or Ministry of Health (MOH) in the UAE.

We partnered with health insurance providers like Thiqa Insurance by Daman to ensure that your care is covered. We also offer a self-pay option for those who prefer not to use insurance.
We will work closely with your physician to develop a care plan that meets your unique needs.

The process of getting insurance can be long and complicated, but Reyada Home Health Care Services through its partner Daman Insurance makes it all easy. With Daman, you can get the coverage you need without all the hassle. In most cases, approval only takes 12 to 48 hours.

Usually, you don’t have to get physically involved or take part in any of the treatment processes. You don’t have to worry about that. With Reyada Home Health Care Services, you can rest assured that your family is in the right caring hands.

However, family support will be very important to help the patient improve his condition. But even if you are not directly involved in the care process, your support will be vital in helping the patient recover.

No. Your loved one’s condition shouldn’t stop you from performing your daily routine such as work or traveling. You can count on us to provide the same compassionate care that you would provide if you were home. Your care team is specially trained to meet the needs of your loved one, and they will keep you updated on any changes in condition or care plan.

Additionally, Reyada Home Health Care Services now offer families the option to stay connected through video chat, so you can check in even when you can’t be there in person.

We take any complaints very seriously and we will do everything we can to address your concerns in a timely and professional manner. If you have a complaint, simply contact the office directly and ask for the case coordinator, charge nurse or the nurse manager. We will then conduct a proper investigation and get back to you with qualified feedback as soon as possible. We appreciate your feedback and we want to make sure that you are always satisfied with the level of care that you receive in your home or here at the office.

Many patients find themselves in the hospital for various reasons ranging from scheduled appointments to emergency situations. In either case, patients may want to have a nurse accompany them to ensure they receive the best possible care. Unfortunately, nurses are NOT allowed to perform any medical duties in a hospital setting as this could cause potential conflict.
However, the nurse can stay with your relative during their hospital stay and provide support and guidance. Additionally, the nurse can accompany your relative to follow up appointments and make sure they are receiving the care they need. Ultimately, having a nurse by your relative’s side can help provide peace of mind during an often stressful time.

Yes. Our licensed nurses are qualified to escort patients to treatment facilities outside of the UAE. We understand that often times, patients need to travel outside of the country for further treatment or procedures that are not available here. We offer professional and compassionate nursing care to our patients, every step of the way. We can also provide clinical care at home for patients returning to the UAE after treatment as and when required.
